Orders placed are typically fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 5pm on Saturday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.

Estimated Timing under shipping options at Checkout, such as "3 business days," does not include time for order processing, fulfillment and transport to Shipping Service Facility. Shipping carries such as USPS may take up to 1 business day to sort and scan in your package before shipping.

If packages are returned to us for issues with the address provided by customer such as "Insufficient or Invalid Address," customer must pay for redelivery postage for package to be sent again to correct address. We are not liable for any refunds of shipping 

All shipping disputes and claims will need to be filed with the Shipping Service. iLASH PADZ™ is not liable for packages that are damaged or lost during shipping/transit. Claims involving orders that show as "Delivered" on tracking information will need to be filed with the Shipping Service.
